the only antidote to a deceitful heart is to hand it over to the control of the Holy Spirit who builds His temple in us and gains total control. Your content and character may be hidden from man for a long time but not from God who created it. Your battered and corrupt mind is not capable of leading you into the new phase of life prepared ahead for you. Don’t choose to serve your friends, family, and colleagues with stone when you are capable of giving flesh; cast off your stony heart. When prayer ceases, study becomes monotonous, and holiness becomes a burden, your connectivity will be adversely affected.
