Light and darkness can't cohabit. No heart can proceed righteousness and unrighteousness simultaneously. The outcome of your fellowship is dependent on the side you belong. God's acceptable Words cannot result in murder, adultery and stealing etc. Success is not a destination but the product of your heart. Your heart is the border point or point of entry into your land of Canaan. The world is for those, who rehearsed their dreams and release it to succeed. The Word is the best food for your heart.
