When God says to a man, to come up higher, He wants to bring him to an enviable position never attained. Your joy and peace in God is the strength needed to overcome all troubles, which makes God more important than your family, work, business, ministry, etc. No man receives any honor from God if he isn’t sold out to God. If Abraham received so much honor because he became God’s friend, becoming God’s enemy doesn’t give you a chance. May you never walk in the opposite direction to God in Jesus’ name.
