You must not tempt God by any means and don't take a stupid challenge with friends, that you can drink bottles of hard drink or eat a large bowl of heavy meal in the name of contest. When we tempt God, it is to feed our ego. Many who tempted have died as a result of God not showing up for them. Jesus' strategy against man and the devil's temptation was the Prayer and the Word. Don't be deceived, God would never send an angel to meet your ego and lust. Beware, for the tempter will come as a friend but it's up to you to discover his intentions through prayer and the Word in your heart. Don't plunge your resources into any business proposal until the Holy Spirit has given you a nod.
