In today's episode, we will talk about Innerstanding, what it means, and the work you can begin to do to gain innerstanding for yourself.
Elements of Innerstanding
· Self-awareness – do you have any, and what are you most aware of about yourself.
· Limits – Again – do you have any? what limits do you hold strong. What is that you just won’t do.
· Boundaries – Do you have any? what is it that you will not accept from others.
· Triggers – what awakens anger, fear, anxiety or weakness in your life.
· Trauma – what experiences have damaged or distorted how you operate on a daily basis – in life, love and just everyday life.
· Filters – What judgments filters must everything go through for you prior to making your decisions. What lenses create an interference for you?
· Prejudices – What unfavorable feelings do you have toward certain, people, places or things.
· Biases – what pre-existing favor do you hold toward certain things or people.
· Experiences – what experiences created your vision and perspective of your life.
· Emotions – what emotions do you tend to experience most in your life.
· Defaults – do you default on any certain emotion or reaction in response to life’s challenges.
· Patterns – are their patterns that you repeat in your relationship or general life.
· Saboteurs – what are the things that you think you present as strengths that are actually coping mechanisms that are covering up for your true weaknesses.
