Your mind is the doorway to your heart. Therefore you must guard your thoughts.
The Word of God says, "Casting down imaginations, and every high thing that exalteth itself against the knowledge of God, and bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ." 2 Cor. 10:5
Beware that the mind is a battleground. Some thoughts originate with us, while others come directly from the enemy.
Be aware that God knows every thought and nothing is hidden from Him. We will have to account to God for our thoughts as well as for our words and deeds.
