Just days after it was revealed that large parts of her book "Smart on Crime" were taken from other sources, a new report reveals that Kamala Harris also plagiarized, verbatim, a testimony she delivered to Congress back in 2007. How can anyone trust this woman, who is obviously morally-bankrupt, as the next president of the United States?
