Answering a question about Episode 15 and negative beliefs!
“Do you have tips/advice on how to protect ourselves from lingering in or launching back into this narrative?”
Here are three things you can do (explained in greater detail in the video):
1. Write down 3-5 things you are grateful for each day
2. Attach the word “yet” to the narrative.
3. Give the negative voices a name and identity separate from yourself.
