Tina Plew Whitlock joins us today in our second episode of the Total Athlete Podcast. Tina was a softball two-time collegiate All-American at the University of South Carolina, played for Team USA and professionally with the Durham Dragons in the Women’s Professional Softball League. Tina has coached at numerous levels, including the MLB’s St. Louis Cardinals. She is a mom to two teenage boys, she loves her family, and she loves the Lord. Her family mantra: Matthew 6:26 “Look at the birds of the air; they do not sow or reap or store away in barns, and yet your Heavenly Father feeds them.
