One question I detest is "What do you do?" Unless it's work related,why ask that? Answer:we value on a person's job. Period.
Job descriptions does not equate self-descriptions,in MOST cases. Firefighters,EMTs,Doctors etc are exceptions to this as someone has to be genuinely interested in saving lives daily.
What you do for money and who you are as a person are completely different things,they are not mutually exclusive. An accountant by day isn't one by night, and during these COVID-19 times when many,many people are losing their jobs,they've discovered that where they worked became part of who they are.
