Monday Mini: Five Finger Mindfulness.

1. Open one of your hands wide.

2. Take the pointer finger of your other hand and trace the outside of your open hand (like you were outlining a Thanksgiving turkey). 

3. Notice the sensations.

4. Inhale as you trace up, exhale as you trace down.
