This is a super simple but powerful practice to ground us in the present moment! Helpful for dealing with intense emotions such as anger.
1. Feel your feet on the floor. Notice sensations of being connected to the ground.
2. Let you attention hang out there for a few seconds!
Use this in moments of stress alone or in the context of others.
