Description

1. Squeeze all the muscles in your face (really tight!). Hold for 2-4 seconds. Release. 

2. Notice what it feels like to have relaxed muscles in the face.

3. Repeat for every part of the body: neck, shoulders, arms, hands, chest, back, stomach, groin, upper legs, lower legs, feet.
