On this episode I sit down with an Air Force Veteran who proudly served for 14 years before being forced into a medical retirement. The loss of such a career has caused others in their her same shoes to sink to new lows, but instead, Jen chose to raise her floor, pick herself up and continue with a new mission of self-healing, and self-actualization. She tells her story of how pain led to an addiction, and an addiction led to her redemption and finding healing in helping others.
