I hate watching people suffer, especially when its self imposed by dwelling on an event and allowing an emotion to take control for extended periods of time. Its easy to withdrawal from the world when things get hard. I have found that sitting alone and "tying to feel better" through thought does not work for anything. Action must take place for any change to happen mental, physically or emotionally. If you listen to this episode I hope you understand that by taking action you will be able to move past your pain and quickly move into the feeling you seek.
