A big part of being authentic as an educator is to be weary of unsolicited advice. It can seem logical to take all the advice you are given as a new teacher, but we mindful of where you are getting your feedback. You never know what someone's motivation is when giving you feedback if they are not in your circle. So make sure you build a tight circle of teachers that will give you the needed feedback to be the teacher you want to be!
