How taking, ‘searching and fearless moral inventory of our errors’ can be empowering access to:
* Sidestepping our egos to find clarity around our beliefs and ‘buttons’
* Getting comfortable with telling the truth about ourselves to ourselves (defying denial)
* Unclogging old stuck stuff
* Improving our ease at identifying the errors we make and having compassion with ourselves and others
* Getting known (critical for interrupting loneliness)!
