On this weeks episode we discuss the importance of morning routines and how they can really change your life for the better. We start off by discussing Cheryl turning 40, how she celebrated and her presents (lots of witchy and spiritual gifts).

Cheryl talks about her huge manifestation moment this week, where the fire door was broken at work and they were concerned they couldn't secure the building and then when people went off to get tools to fix it she visualized the door closing and it did and was then fixed!

We talk about how we have both recently got in to morning routines and how important they are, especially when you are in a situation when you're not getting up and commuting to work everyday.

We talk about the importance of focusing on your morning routine before picking up your phone and scrolling through your phone and social media.

We discuss Hal Elrod's Miracle Morning: Silence, Affirmations, Visualization, Exercise, Read, Scribe

Cheryl's morning routine consists of: Waking up at 6am, Meditation for positive energy (Cheryl likes Master Sri Akarshana) or manifestation, tarot card reading - 3 cards what is the energy of the day, what will block me today, how do I overcome this? Then she completes a gratitude journal, 3-5 things she is truly thankful for, she then notes in her diary the actions she needs to do that day. She then makes the childrens breakfast and makes herself a water with Himalayan pink rock salt and lemon (12 turns of the salt grinder, 1 lemon wedge, half a pint of water). If it's a new moon or full moon Cheryl charges the water overnight (place it in a sealed jar and put it outside in the moonlight). She then takes her dog for a walk and has a cold water blast in the shower which is good for the central nervous system (breathwork is essential for this part - try box breathing in through your nose for 4 seconds, hold for 4, breathe out for 4 and then hold for 4).

Lucy's morning routine is based on Jay Shetty's TIME - Thankfulness, Inspiration, Meditation, Exercise.
