Is automation really humane, or is this a misinterpretation?
Automation is always thought of as a humane endeavour. Ridding humans of dull, boring, dangerous, and meaningless jobs has always been the goal. But is automation actually humane? From my diagnosis, no, its not. The mere administration of automation is inhumane, and many factors support this argument.
This episode will teach you why automation is seemingly necessary, how the psychology of unemployed people changes in stages, what I refer to as the Job Saturation Problem, why UBI is not the answer, and lots more in the 54th edition of the Gen Z Diplomat podcast.
