This episode of BE:ing in Business is inspired by a podcast that I listened to over the weekend - a conversation between Steven Bartlett and Mo Gawdat which you can find here.
This is one of the most impactful podcast episodes that I have ever listened to (and I've listened to a lot!).
The entire episode was full of such incredible insight that the ah ha moments just kept coming and then, in the last 5 minutes, I found myself pinned to the spot with shivers running up and down my spine as Mo answered this question:
"What are the failures you cherish the most?"
His answer began with these words:
"I have failed for many, many years to empower my feminine side..."
Since listening to that podcast episode, I have let my curiosity take me deep into considering how our masculine and feminine energy show up for us a business owners - and asked the question, is feminine energy empowerment the key to our rising as leaders of 2022 and beyond.
