We’re back with "PICTURE THIS," an exploration through every Best Picture nominee ever. This month, hosts Dylan Randazzo and Chadwick Webb are looking at the nominees of 1968 (for the 1969 ceremony) as part of our YEAR OF CLASSICS. The slate of movies are “Funny Girl," "The Lion in Winter," "Oliver!," "Rachel, Rachel," and "Romeo and Juliet." We are also so lucky to be joined by an esteemed guest and co-host of Marvel-ous Movie Mondays here on The Dyl Pickle Movie Network, Kelsey Kilpatrick (@kelseyakilpatrick).
We break down each nominee individually, discuss some other notable 1968 movies, and in the end, we will rank the nominees ourselves to determine OUR Best Picture winner of 1968. We will also award prizes to our best actors and actresses of these five films.
Also, make sure to stick around for the end, where we will announce NEXT month's year in Oscars history.
