All feelings are helpful. They inform us. They direct us to take a course of action that can help us to feel better and become more. This is why it is so important to allow ourselves to feel uncomfortable feelings, to allow them and not push them away. Making space for all feelings is how we can exist in life and be capable of growing and learning as we go through the good and the not so good.
