Fear is a part of being alive. It is programed into us to help us. It alerts us to protect us. However, it is not meant to be the energy that is running your life. It has become the general feeling for many and it is the basis for stress and stress related dis-ease, physically, emotionally and spiritually. When fear is in control, it convinces you that you should always be on the alert for dangers that for the most part, will never happen.
During todays coaching conversation with Dr. Monica and Coach Kathleen, you will learn to understand the role fear is playing to to allow it to be present, but not in control. You will learn coaching practices and techniques that will strengthen your ability to feel the fear and continue going toward what you want and no longer let it take over. And, you will learn how to tune into the cool, calm and collected energy that will guide you out of fear and into your power.
