Description

The definition of resilience is - the capacity to recover quickly from difficulties; and the ability of a substance or object to spring back into shape; elasticity. We all have times when we need to be resilient. Life offers us challenges and being resilient in the face of them is necessary to live a balanced, happy, successful life knowing that you can transcend any difficulty. Resilience is a super power available to everyone and will activate when you need it.
