You are always getting feedback in the form of feelings that come from the many thoughts you think about everything all day long. Your feelings are how you are experiencing life. If you want a different life you must begin to make how you feel more important and choose the kind of thoughts more often that create a better feeling. The better you feel the better you will feel.
