Caleb Joseph played seven seasons in the major leagues, including five with the Baltimore Orioles and one each with the Arizona Diamondbacks and Toronto Blue Jays. He now works as a television analyst for the Blue Jays.
He talks with Scott Linebrink this week on "Get in the Game" about the ups and downs of his career, especially in the later years of his career when he bounced between the major leagues and minor leagues. A former catcher, he shares how his position has helped shape his view of leadership and service. He explains what servant leadership means to him and how he led teams with his faith in Jesus out front.
