Description

Juan Pierre was one of the most feared men on the base paths during his major league career. His 614 career stolen bases are the 18th highest in MLB history, and he led the majors three times in stolen bases — led by his 68 in 2010 as a member of the Chicago White Sox, where he was a teammate of "Get in the Game" host Scott Linebrink. He also played all 162 games in five straight seasons from 2003-2007.

He found himself on the bench more than usual during his time with the Los Angeles Dodgers. It was during that time that he found God. As he tells Linebrink in this conversation, had it not been for that trying season, he might not be here today talking about God.

He shares that story and the rest of his testimony this week on "Get in the Game."

"Get in the Game" is part of the Sports Spectrum Podcast Network.
