Jeremy Affeldt played 14 seasons in the majors with four organizations: the Kansas City Royals, Colorado Rockies, Cincinnati Reds and the San Francisco Giants. His longest stint came with the Giants, where he spent seven seasons and was a member of three World Series championship teams.
He joins "Get in the Game" this week to talk with Scott Linebrink about the ups and downs of his baseball career, what it means to have character and integrity, the ways he's used his platform to serve others and the ways he's pouring into men in his post-playing life to lead them on a walk with Christ. He also talks about following his dream and how God worked in providing the path for him to get there.
"Get in the Game" is part of the Sports Spectrum Podcast Network.
