A fly-tipper has been sentenced after his accomplice fell out of the back of a van as they tried to leave the scene of where they had just illegally dumped some rubbish.
Paminder Singh, 38, of Arthur Street, Wolverhampton, was sentenced to eight months’ imprisonment, suspended for 18 months, and was given a two-year disqualification with a requirement to pass an extended retest.
He was also given 20 days of community rehabilitation and a tagged curfew for three months from 7 am to 7 am at Stafford Crown Court yesterday, Thursday 17th June.
