Opioids are the number one killer of Americans under the age of 50, so Dr. John Rosa has taken on the role of the ultimate champion of changing minds and changing national policy. Opioids kill more people in the US every year than the combined death total of the Vietnam, Afganistan, and the Iraq wars (32 years of war). Americans, who are only 5% of the world's population, consume 90% of all opioids.
