When I first came across Kerry Slone it was on a YouTube video. She was giving a speech in front of thousands of people about perception. She gave a crowd silencing reality check that hit home for me. Hearing another woman yell out in the crowd “it’s my story too” left me wondering who else she had an effect on other than those people.
When I threw caution to the wind and reached out to her on Instagram I had ZERO expectations that she would even read my message but…. 24 hours later she agreed to come on the podcast and invited me to an event not far from me where she was speaking that week!
What you are about to hear is going to be different than the normal laughing, joking and military talk we have done in the past. We can all take something away from the great work she has been doing.
