Chris Radford is the man behind the RAD Centre, in Ballarat. While growing up in Horsham, Victoria, Chris was a star volleyball player who had the opportunity to play at a State level. After finishing high school Chris followed his interest in sport to Ballarat Uni to complete an undergraduate Strength and Conditioning degree.  Whilst completing an honours degree at uni, Chris worked in strength and conditioning with the North Ballarat Rebels under 16 football squad and the North Ballarat Roosters VFL side before the opportunity to work with AFL team, The Western Bulldogs, arose. In 2015, after many long days spent commuting back and forth on the Western Freeway, Chris took the leap to develop his own strength and conditioning based fitness centre, The Rad Centre, now recognised as a top athletic training facility for the Western Victorian region.   On the podcast Chris shares a lot about his journey working in the strength and conditioning field, and what he has learnt along the way. Chris also shares some details of his personal journey into fatherhood and the joy of his new role as Dad to daughter, Elsie.
