Jules grew up in the North Eastern Melbourne suburb of Eltham, but her connection to Ballarat runs far deeper than before she moved here in 2009. From age 8, she graced the famed Her Majesty’s Theatre stage for many years in the Royal South Street competitions for Calisthenics. With a love of entertaining, she channelled her creativity into radio and up and moved to Taree, to cut her teeth on-air. After a year on the mid-north coast of NSW, she scored the job of a lifetime, as the breakfast co-host on Power FM, Ballarat. It’s here that she has spent the last 12 years gracing the airwaves, but also embedding herself in the Ballarat community. Normally, she’ll be running laps of the lake, taking part in a charity events, or even enjoying the hospitality of one of the many fantastic restaurants in Ballarat. But at the moment, she’s taking a brief break, to tackle her biggest role yet, being a new mum to baby Ruby.
