Troy Driscoll is a relatively new member of the Ballarat Community but his story is one that many people can relate to. Having grown up on a farm, Troy developed a good understanding of farming and agriculture from a young age. At the age of 20 Troy moved to Maryborough where he began a career at Crameri’s and moving to Pioneer Seeds as an Area Sales Manager before he took the leap to start his own business, Driscoll Seed, now Driscoll Ag. Despite some challenges and setbacks along the way, Troy has grown his business and branched out to develop further partnerships, including the development of Driscoll Douglas East Real Estate in St Arnaud, to provide a whole range of agricultural services to the Greater Western region of Victoria. Along with his successful business ventures and raising his young family Troy has always been an active member of his local community, in particular the local football club in Maryborough. In 2019 Troy moved temporarily to Ballarat where he met his partner, Michelle. Now, in 2021, with a new baby on the way, Troy is making Ballarat his permanent home.
