Jack Garrad is a PE Teacher and Sports Manager at a Private All-Girls High School on Sydney’s North Shore. This position comes naturally to Jack, having previously worked as the Strength and Conditioning Coach at both the NSW Waratahs and Southland Stags in New Zealand.
In this episode, Jack reveals the circumstances leading up to, and his experience with overcoming and managing mental ill health. He shares all the positive practices he implements on a daily basis to ensure he gets the very best out of himself.
