Tom Gasparre is a Primary and High School Counsellor who is currently studying Psychology through the University of Wollongong and completing a thesis on the Teaching of ASD Students in Mainstream Classrooms. In this episode, Gaspo clearly articulates both his personal and professional relationship with Mental Health. He reveals where his passion for building a career around Mental Health began, his teaching experiences in highly complex behavioral schools in London, his philosophy on life, what drives him daily, how travelling abroad shaped who he is today and his thoughts on how we can leave the world in a better place.
