Tom Hudson is a doctor practicing medicine at Prince of Wales Hospital in the heart of Sydney. Having started working as a doctor in January of 2020, Tom was thrown into the stress and chaos of working in a hospital during a global pandemic. Previously a paramedic with the NSW Ambulance Service, Tom was able to adapt quickly and here in this episode he reveals his strategies on managing stress, and how to take care of your lid.
