In this week's episode, I had the pleasure of interviewing the beautiful @giap.sayor an incredible spiritual coach, energy healer, sound healer, and a cathartic storyteller who I have the delight to also call a dear friend of mine. She shares her intimate vulnerable story in how she transmutes her pain into power with her mission to empower and teach others through her mission statement and I quote: “I show my scars so others may know they can heal.”
We cover the very depths of being vulnerable with self in order to release the shame and guilt of the past, integrating all aspects of who you are with love and compassion. @giap_sayor is a gentle soul whose open ability to express her vulnerability with so much grace is just so beautifully inspiring, together she leads you on a discovery journey of finding the wisdom from past wounds.
