We ALL have said we want to change something about our bodies at some point.
And most of us have gone on to become fixated on that thing. Constantly chasing, trying the diets, the workouts- literally anything and EVERYTHING to change this thing about our body because when we do THEN the magic will happen and we will be happy and life will be good.
Only it’s not your body. It’s just easier to say that it is because you can more easily see the variables- the macros in your food tracker app, the metrics on your wearable device, the numbers on the scale, the weights on the bar.
But in reality- your body is just a distraction from the REAL thing that is holding you back.
