As for me, I am a former body shamer who has finally created a healthy relationship with my body and myself after years of abuse via disordered eating and body dysmorphia. Now it is a privilege to work with people to help them feel comfortable in their own skin and teach them that they are so πŸ‘πŸΌ much πŸ‘πŸΌ more πŸ‘πŸΌ than how they look, so that they can be who they truly are.
