Audrey is an award winning paramedic.

She started out as a volunteer fire fighter at the age of 17 and just retired from being a president and EMS Captain at a local fire department.

She is also a Certified Life Coach via @jrnicoaching and now offers life coaching to emergency service personnel and their families.

Her personal experience with abuse, self esteem and burnout has motivated her to give the support and understanding she lacked to other people.
