We all want to lose the weight, get the abs, grow the butt, get the shoulders, insert whatever body part you've been fixated on to no end here. Amirite, or amirite?
Thought so.
And chances are, we told ourselves that thing was the end all be all to our low self esteem and high value of self worth.
I've got news for you baby: It's not that that body part. Your self worth is determined by something else. And that something else is your sense of self.
