We live in an age when so. much. information is available at our literal finger tips. And while that is a very powerful thing, we have gotten into the habit of acquiring the info but not actually applying it.

Think about it. How many freebies have you signed up for that you've never actually used? 

Or how many books have you read only to toss them into the "done" pile because Amazon just delivered more to your door?

How many videos are on your "Watch Later" list? 

And even if you do take some of the steps suggested, what changes have you really experienced? 🤔

It's like we are all hoping to experience the same kind of magic by taking the same pill. 

But guess what. You are unique. And you need your own custom ingredients in order to create your own custom cure. That looks like taking time to actually implement the knowledge that you've amassed. And that also looks like reaching out for help to someone who has experienced what it is that you want in a society that tells you that you're not supposed to need any help.

Action means implementation. And 9 times out of 10, implementation means enlisting someone to make the application easier- and to hold you accountable for actually taking action.
