Description

This is a whole ass vibe.

.

In the 50TH episode we talk about:

.

- WHY it is so important to spend time alone (like the fact that it makes you better for everyone else and yourself)

.

WHAT you need in order to start spending more time with yourself

.

HOW to actually do it (and no- we don’t suggest you go all “Eat, Pray, Love” This is real life)

.

And we laugh and share our personal experiences and some detours too!

.

Definitely a fun and informative convo that I think you will find value in.

.

THANK YOU to everyone who participated in the polls and who showed up and talked to us live in the comments and watched!

.

Heads up- the internet was wonky AF (do we blame it on Mercury retrograde?) so note that the audio is not the greatest.

.

Some info on Josh ⬇️

.

Josh is easily one of my favorite people and was the 1st friend I made when I moved back to NC. He has a ton of knowledge and self-awareness, is laid back and is an all around cool person I think very highly of.

.

Say hey at @joshuajammes on IG and head over to Twitter @joshuajammes where he spends more of his time

.

.

As for me, I’m Johnna Renée 🙋🏻‍♀️

.

Evidence Based Certified Life Coach teaching you all of the shit I wish someone told me about self discovery and self assuredness.

.

We spoke a BUNCH about the importance of awareness in this convo and knowing HOW uncomfortable you are.

.

But how do you measure that?

.

Give it a metric!

.

I have a Feelings Metric Tracker I use with my clients to help them get a baseline on their happiness and confidence- AND track what is working to improve both (and what’s not).

.

It uses a numeric scale (like we talk about in our convo) and you can easily adapt it to work for you to track your comfort level as you start to spend time alone.

.

Head over here and I will hook you up with it!

.

For free, of course. Because THAT is some Shit I Wish Someone Told Me!

.

Join me next week on Insta at @HeyJohnnaRenee where Josh Brintnell and I talk about The Impacts of Social Media On Your Mental Health
