So our society primes us to exhibit certain feelings as acceptable- things like anger, frustration, annoyance and even sadness.

But what often lies beneath those feelings are the keys to our emotional well-being and resilience building opportunities.

I’m talking about the feelings that aren’t so widely accepted.

Feelings like hurt, fear, resentment and abandonment are all feelings that we do our darnedest to avoid.
