Jeff was looking inward and asked, “Where did I get myself worth? From where did I get my beliefs? Where did I get my thoughts from? And the gap between him and those he loves grew.
Jeff Brekken spent much of his life going in circles: success, then loss, then success again until the day when he was finally sick of it. He asked himself why and through a lot of self-reflection he found much more than just how to heal, he found the most important thing, he found himself.
Jeff believes that, unless you have a reason to look inward, you are not going to find that “stuff” that is holding you back.
In 2019 Jeff discovered that 95% of everything that he did every single day is just on automatic pilot. All of his thoughts, all of his issues, and all the negative stuff comes back day in and day out.
Until he discovered how to break that cycle.
And so, he went on the self-discovery journey.
As he changed, became more aware of how he wanted to show up, how he wanted to contribute to this world, and become the best version he could possibly be, the people closest to him became silent.
