She attributed her transformation to embracing the belief that she belongs and deserves to be here, which led to significant changes in her life including improved self-care, attracting a loving partner, weight loss, career advancement, and increased assertiveness.

 

Men's Identity Crisis in the 80s

Beatrix talked about the challenges men face with identitycrises, particularly in the 1980s when women began entering positions of power, leading men to question their roles and identities. She emphasized the importance of giving oneself permission to heal and embrace new possibilities, rather than clinging to outdated narratives.
