you know i just realized i actually have practiced smiling when bad things happen so much for the last 3 months that i now do it AUTOMATICALLY!! yeah, i used to think smiling was lame, overrated, and silly. for years i was held back by this belief, but i started trying it cuz it LITERALLY changes your brain chemistry and wiring, and you know what, i practiced it SO many times (cuz we know a lot of stuff goes wrong all day err day) that now when i hear something tuff, get triggered or feel emotional, i just crack a lil smile. and you know what?
