no one is supposed to rely on their brain alone all the time, and no one successful or happy does!! surrounding yourself with people, books, podcasts, quotes, pictures, art, planners, notes etc all help you remember who you are every day, and what you have to do, and what you're doing it for!! This is simple brain science. use it to your advantage cuz you're SMART not to be completely on your own independent isolated (that sucks!! and doesn't work!)
