About a year after I had my first baby I had excruciating back pain. My Dr couldn’t help. I finally got to a physio who explained what was happening.....
Fast forward to learning Pilates, I am so grateful to have learnt how to correctly engage my core, or I definitely would not be safely deadlifting 85kg now, or doing sprints in Metafit (My favourite!).
If I can help more people avoid being out of action, experiencing unnecessary pain and live a fuller life by sharing this, that’s a huge win for me.
